Will my phone fit?
Most do. The chamber holds large phones like the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Very large phones in thick cases may need the case removed.
Does wireless charging work with a case on?
Yes, with most plastic cases. Metal, magnetic, wallet or very thick cases can block charging.
Is UV-C light safe?
The light only runs with the lid closed and shuts off automatically when you open it. Never look directly into the light or bypass the lid sensor.
Does it clean under my case?
UV-C cleans the surfaces the light can reach. For the best clean, take the phone out of its case and clean both separately.
Does it have a battery?
No. Clean Charge works when plugged in with the included 39" USB-C cable and a USB wall adapter (5V/2A recommended, not included).
